•3 cups milk
•1/2 cup plain yogurt
•1/2 cup whipping cream
•2 pasteurized liquid eggs or egg substitute
•1 cup pumpkin
•1/4 cup honey
•1/4 cup sugar
•2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
•1 teaspoon ground ginger
•1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
•1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1. Put the milk, yogurt, cream, and eggs into a blender or mixer and blend or beat until frothy.
2. Stir in the pumpkin, honey, and sugar and mix thoroughly.
3. Blend in the spices.
4. Pour the eggnog into glasses and sprinkle the top with nutmeg.
