Menopause - Herbs Can Help: Cooling Tea

1 quart water
2 teaspoons schisandra berries (Schisandra chinensis)
1 teaspoon hibiscus (Hibiscus sabdariffa)
1/2 teaspoon linden (Tilia ¥europaea)
1/2 teaspoon lemon balm (Melissa officinalis)
1/2 teaspoon sage (Salvia officinalis)

Bring the water to a boil. Remove from heat and add the herbs, steeping for 15 minutes. Strain and sip throughout the day.
