• 1/2 cup Oregon graperoot
• 1/2 cup burdock seed
•1/2 cup gardenia fruit
• 1 quart water
1. Simmer the herbs in water for 45 minutes, then steep for 20 minutes. Strain and drink 1 strong cup morning and evening. Store excess in the refrigerator for up to three days.
