A mix of antioxidants is important because many of them work synergistically....
• 10 to 12 blueberries, fresh or frozen
• 1 tablespoon honey
• 1 tablespoon whole milk or cream
1. Mash or blend berries with honey and milk.
2. To use: Using a pastry brush or your fingers, spread mixture over clean skin and let sit for 10 to 15 minutes. Rinse well with warm water and pat dry. Refrigerate any leftover mask.
