Body & Soul: Creamy Coconut Bath

A warm bath is the perfect place to relax and restore your skin. This recipe uses rice, coconut and milk to soften and tone skin. After soaking, massage coconut oil onto your cleansed body to lock in moisture. Makes 8 ounces (one treatment).

• 1/2 cup brown rice
• 1 tablespoon grated, fresh coconut
• 1/2 cup powdered milk
1. Combine ingredients in a bowl, mixing well. Place mixture inside a muslin tea bag or onto a piece of cotton cloth, tying into a bundle.
2. To use, run a warm bath, letting the bundle float in the water as the tub fills. Relax in the water and use the coconut bundle like a sponge to gently cleanse your skin. Soak for 20 to 30 minutes.
