Mineral baths and bath salts are perfect for relaxing sore muscles and rejuvenating the body. Epsom salts and sea salt are soothing to sore muscles because the salts are mildy astringent and help boost circulation. Lavender is also astringent and cleansing and the fresh clean scent also adds to the bath experience by refreshing the mind and body. MAKES 20 OUNCES

Make your own colored bath salts and pamper yourself with unique, natural ingredients....
• 1 cup sea salt
• 1 cup Epsom salts
• 1⁄2 cup baking soda
• 1⁄4 cup dried lavender flowers
• 5 to 6 drops lavender essential oil
1. Mix ingredients and stir well. Spoon into a clean container with a tight fitting lid.
2. To use: Add 1⁄2 cup to 1 cup to your bath as you fill the tub. Soak for 15 to 20 minutes.
