- 1½ cups nuts or seeds, soaked overnight, then rinsed in a strainer
- 4 carrots, chopped
- 1 cup fresh cilantro
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons tamari
- Run the above ingredients through a food processor and form into burger shapes.
- The burgers do not require cooking. Enjoy with a salad for a lovely lunch.
