Black Cumin: Oriental Cucumber Salad with Yogurt Dressing

Serves 1 to 2
Fresh and delicious, peppered with the health benefits of black seed, you may want to make this salad a part of your regular diet.

  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • ½ teaspoon finely chopped mint
  • Salt
  1. Finely grate and salt the cucumber. Mix yogurt with black cumin and mint.
  2. Add to cucumber and mix thoroughly. Serve immediately so the cucumber juice does not water down the dressing.
