- 1 cucumber
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- ½ teaspoon finely chopped mint
- Salt
- Finely grate and salt the cucumber. Mix yogurt with black cumin and mint.
- Add to cucumber and mix thoroughly. Serve immediately so the cucumber juice does not water down the dressing.
