Tenacious Thyme: Berries with Warm Lemon Thyme Honey

• 1/4 cup honey
• 6 lemon thyme sprigs
• 4 cups mixed berries (raspberries, blackberries, strawberries)
• Fresh thyme sprigs, for garnish
1. Place honey in small saucepan; bring to a simmer. Add thyme sprigs; cover and steep for 10 minutes. Strain honey, discarding thyme.
2. Pour warm Lemon Thyme Honey over berries in individual bowls. Serve immediately. Garnish with fresh thyme sprigs.
