Triple Berry Sorbet
Makes 4 to 6 servings
With a triple dose of heart-healthy antioxidants and fantastic flavor, this simple sorbet makes a tasty treat between meals or a memorable end to lunch or dinner.
- 4 cups frozen mixed berries, such as blueberries, blackberries and raspberries
- ½ cup water
- ¼ cup frozen raspberry lemonade (or other juice concentrate)
- Place all ingredients in a food processor fitted with a metal blade or in a blender and pulse until smooth. (Process in batches, if needed.)
- Serve immediately, as sorbet is best freshly made, or return to freezer in an airtight container. Let soften slightly before serving.
