Think your family is ambivalent about green beans? Try this. Pick a double handful of tender green beans from your garden, and break off the tiny stem ends. Have ready a skillet or small wok, 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar, 1 teaspoon raw sesame seeds and a pinch of sea salt.
