Some seeds are stubborn, and just don’t want to sprout. Help them along by mimicking winter conditions, as if they had been planted in the fall. Place the seed in a bit of damp peat moss inside a plastic baggie. Date the baggie and label it with the type of seed it contains. Then, pop it in the refrigerator. When the seed germinates, you can plant it immediately and continue to store it in the fridge until you are ready to plant it.
