  • ½ bunch fresh dill
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • A fifth of quality vodka
  1. Place dill and honey in vodka. Let sit for 3 or 4 days, then taste.
  2. For a stronger herb flavor, steep longer. If vodka becomes cloudy, strain mixture through a cloth.
