• 1 cup Epsom salts
• 1 cup baking soda
• 5 drops grapefruit essential oil
• 3 drops juniper essential oil
1. Mix the ingredients together in a small plastic container. Fill the bathtub with comfortably hot water. Add the bath salt mixture and stir the water to dissolve the salts. Soak for 20 minutes, adding hot water as needed.
2. Rinse with tepid water, pat yourself dry with a soft towel, and climb into bed for a relaxing sleep.
