A cool compress of chamomile and elder flower soothes and brightens tired eyes and helps to alleviate puffiness.
· 2 cups boiling water
· 1 tablespoon dried chamomile flowers
· 1 tablespoon dried elder flowers
Pour the boiling water over the chamomile and elder flowers. Cover and steep until cool. Strain and chill in refrigerator. Soak 2 clean cotton cosmetic pads in the herbal solution and place over your closed eyelids. Relax for 10 minutes.
