Aromatic Waters - Facial Mist

For a refreshing break from a hot summer day, spray this mist over your face or along your arms and legs.

· 1/2 cup lemon balm (Melissa officinalis) hydrosol
· 2 teaspoons vegetable glycerin
· 5 drops lemon essential oil

Pour ingredients into a 4-ounce glass spray bottle and shake vigorously. Apply by spraying skin lightly with eyes closed (or put the ingredients in a glass jar and apply with a cotton ball). Use when skin needs refreshing or is feeling dry and dehydrated. Store in the refrigerator, and shake prior to each use.
