The natural alpha-hydroxy acids in strawberries, yogurt, and honey help to slough off dead skin cells. Papaya contains protein-digesting enzymes that gently exfoliate the skin.
· 2 fresh strawberries, sliced
· 1/4 cup diced fresh papaya
· 2 tablespoons whole-milk yogurt
· 1 teaspoon honey
· 2 teaspoons cosmetic clay
Blend the strawberries, papaya, yogurt, and honey in a blender until smooth. Mix in enough cosmetic clay to make a spreadable mask. Wash your face and neck with warm water, and spread the mask onto your face and neck. Relax for 15 minutes, and remove the mask with warm water.
