• 1 quart water
• Oatstraw
• Nettle leaf
• Dandelion leaf
• Raspberry leaf
• Red clover fl owering tops
• Horsetail shoots
1. Boil water.
2. Turn off the heat. Blend herbs in equal parts.
3. Add 4 tablespoons of the herb blend.
4. Cover and steep 30 to 60 minutes, then strain. Drink 3 to 4 cups a day.
