Grapefruit (Citrus paradisi) and lavender (Lavandula angustifolia) essential oils, combined with mineral salts, make a refreshing and detoxifying bath blend.
· 1 cup Epsom salts
· 1 cup baking soda
· 5 drops lavender essential oil
· 5 drops grapefruit essential oil
Combine the Epsom salts and baking soda in a covered plastic container. Add the essential oils and shake well. Fill the bathtub with comfortably hot water and add the bath salts, mixing them into the water with your hand to help them dissolve. Soak for 15 to 20 minutes, rinse, and towel dry.
