Fresh strawberries and lavender make a fragrant exfoliating body scrub. Yogurt and honey are softening, and bran adds polishing power.
· 1/2 cup whole-milk yogurt
· 1/2 cup fresh strawberries
· 1 tablespoon honey
· 1/2 cup wheat bran
· 5 drops lavender essential oil
Blend the yogurt, strawberries, and honey in a blender until smooth. Stir in the wheat bran and lavender essential oil. Wet your body in a warm shower, and apply the scrub to your legs, arms, and torso. Massage gently onto your skin with a circular motion, rinse well, and pat your skin dry.
