- Soak a 15-inch floral foam ring in water for one hour. Cut 4-inch sprigs of mint, rosemary, lemon verbena, and/or myrtle and stick them randomly into the foam.
- When it is fairly well filled in, add 5- to 6-inch stems of flowers such as bee balm and echinacea, keeping the overall arrangement symmetrical. About a dozen 4-inch-long accents such as feverfew or baby’s-breath ties the arrangement together.
